Tuk-tuk 1132 was a red tuk-tuk driven by Indiana Jones in a wild chase after Jürgen Voller in 1969[1]. The three-wheeled vehicle had room for a single driver in the front, and one or two passengers in the back. The tuk-tuk sides were painted red and had white lettering in Arabic on the front and sides, along with the number 1132.
History[]
In 1969, Indiana Jones drove the tuk-tuk during a dangerous chase, trying to keep alongside Helena Shaw in her tuk-tuk while she pursued Jürgen Voller. Following the pair of tuk-tuks was a Green Jaguar and a motorcycle with gunmen. While Jones argued with Shaw, he wove his vehicle around slower traffic. After rounding a corner, the Jaguar slammed into the back of Shaw's tuk-tuk, causing her to swerve into Jones'. A large truck loomed ahead of Jones, horn blaring. Unable to avoid collision, Jones slid close enough to the side so he could leap onto Shaw's vehicle. A moment later, the truck slammed into the driverless tuk-tuk, crumpling it with a sound of breaking glass and twisting metal.
Behind the scenes[]
The Arabic writing on the front left of the vehicle reads "Transport of goods."
