Xavier of Bourbon-Parma was a prince and lieutenant in the Belgian army.
Biography[]
During the First World War, Xavier and his brother Sixtus enlisted in the Belgian army, becoming lieutenants. He and his brother acted as stretcher bearers on the Western Front.[1]
In 1917, Xavier accompanied his brother and French Intelligence Captain Indiana Jones to convince their brother-in-law, Emperor Karl I of Austria, to agree to a separate peace with Britain and France.[1]
