Xavier of Bourbon-Parma was a prince and lieutenant in the Belgian army.
Biography
During the First World War, Xavier and his brother Sixtus enlisted in the Belgian army, becoming lieutenants. He and his brother acted as stretcher bearers on the Western Front.
In 1917, Xavier accompanied his brother and French Intelligence Captain Indiana Jones to convince their brother-in-law, Emperor Karl I of Austria, to agree to a separate peace with Britain and France.[1]
